Job vacancy External Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to prepare, review and facilitate the signing process of contracts for partners and customers
• Engage with external stakeholders to manage the new, renewal and extension of ROW-related contracts according to schedules
• Liaise with relevant government officers and authorities, and attend the meeting if required to obtain necessary ROW permissions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspect of the company's RFP processes
• Gather data from relevant departments and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for submission to government offices
• Receive letters/invitations from governement offices, collaborate with the appropriate departments for responses and provide timely replies as necessary
• Issue internal announcement letters, distribute them, and maintain accurate records
• Be willing to travel for government-related meetings as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Proven experience in external relationship management, contract administration, or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and contract management software
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience working in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry is an advantageous
