Job vacancy Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Scan through various segments, known circles to get the right people for soliciting life insurance business
• Lead and operate recruiting events/initiatives for new agents under guidance by HoA
• Recruit and support registering new tied agents 
• Perform training on various key functions such as sales, prospecting, product knowledge, etc...
• Support the agents in creating prospect list based on profile, age, income, and known circle
• Arrange regular training classes and train the agents on after sales services and customer onboarding process
• Introduce the agents to the servicing department for various service and process related activities
• Track the daily new calls, follow up calls, new prospects with the respective team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate with decent pass percentage
• Previous working experience in sales, preferably financial related products
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and training skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and open to feedback
• Knowledge of MS Office
