Job vacancy Administrator

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site administration related works such as site expenses checking, approval form preparation, site fund /miscellaneous payments/procurements, and others administration works
• Perform importation related works such as prepare import documents, schedule and coordinate with Head office and agents to support the process and to meet site required schedule
• Perform site safety related works such as safety patrol, support risk assessment work planning, support safety training/documents
• Perform cost sheet preparation related works such as inquiring the quotation from each supplier, process approval of it, PO preparation to suppliers and procurement of it
• Coordinate with head office, experts and engineering teams for required information as well as supporting related to site works, other required assignment if necessary
• Coordinate with accounting on preparing site fund listing and tax related documents to support customers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor Degree from the university
• At least five year working experience as site administrator at engineering service industry or construction site in international organization or engineering business or construction companies
• Must have experience of preparation of importation documentations, safety management and cost proposal preparation
• Must have fair in English 4 skills
• Must have a skill of Microsoft word, excel, computerized working skill, documentation and reporting
• Must have team spirit and well coordination and able to work in compact organization
