Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
- Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics and social media posts
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and ROI
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms, engage with the audience and leverage social media for brand promotion
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation and A/B testing
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, use data insights to refine strategies
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best results
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape, conducting market research to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, developers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing and digital advertising
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, email marketing platforms)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) a plus
