Job vacancy Head of Trade & Transaction Banking Services

Responsibilities

• Prepare the business plan, strategy and execution plan for Global Transaction Banking
• Oversight of the operations and business development of the trade finance and payments business
• Continual automation of the International Banking products and services in the Oracle Flexcube operating system
• Responsible for Business Units of Global Transaction Banking and Structured Trade Finance
• Develop new product lines relevant to the business
• Establish sound working relationship with international service providers
• Drive and achieve for Business KPI’s of Global Transaction Banking
• Provide technical training to the staff
• Develop and update operating manual to facilitate staff reference

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transaction banking or global corporate banking, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Demonstrated knowledge of transaction banking products and services, including foreign exchange, trade finance and cash management, as well as their related regulatory requirements
• Experience in managing and leading teams, with a track record of building and developing successful teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks effectively
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
