Job vacancy Implementer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Help the Project Manager to lead a session to collect data, documents and other information 
• Create specifications that describe how the systen will be implemented for the company
• Implement project plans and schedule the list of each task in the implementation project
• Distribute the project plan to the developer team to get the feedback and confirm the project milestone dates
• Complete and maintain all paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company's guidelines
• Negotiate the required resources between the developer team and internal management
• Analyze the internal team needs and suggest the solutions
• Instruct and train users on the use of ERP solutions
• Good understanding of business and operational processess for all ERP modules

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business/ERP applications
• Ability to understand different business processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experienced in management software implementation
• Master in the product demonstration
