Job vacancy Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception in the aspect of design, construction sequences and methods
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction teams and contractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and inventory tips and tricks
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the working progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Review and negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction method

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BE Civil, preferable PE certificated holder
• 20 years experiences in relevant job field industry
• Experience of deep excavation and high-rise building and construction industry
• Dynamic, results-oriented, critical thinking, energetic and enthusiastic, good presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD  
• Proficient in English
