Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring decision
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and recruitment agencies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the recruitment process
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success
• Oversee the development and maintenance of an applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient and organized candidate management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
• Implement and manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor Degree or Master, preferred HR related
• Proven at least 5 years ~ 7 years’ experience as an HR Manager/Recruitment Manager or in strong recruiting manager role
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Professional certifications in human resources or recruitment are desirable
