Question for Japan Airlines Int'I Ltd. (Yangon District Sales Office)

I will go to Japan with my daughter who will 2 years and 9 months when departure time.She will share with my seat.Could I know that I will need to pay airfare for my child. And also, how about the baggage allowance for both.
