Hello,

Here’s my reclamation I sent to the General Manager of the YCDC on 8th of October 2014.

OFFICIAL RECLAMATION

TO: General Manager of YCDC

Greetings,

This is an official reclamation concerning your YCDC Golf Course, its rules and facilities.

On the date of 8th of October, me and my friends arrived in the morning to have a round well in time. You reception started to complain about clothing and your club's regulations. I was wearing exactly to the same clothing used in Nepal, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and many other countries without having any problems. And also in many, many other golf courses. And also other golf courses in Myanmar.

In your rat hole these were not enough. I was forced to buy 35 $ pants because of your stupid regulations. Your regulations might be fine in Great Britain where the temperature is at least 20 degrees less than in Myanmar, but as a whole this is not acceptable behavior.

I played my round, though it was a catastrophe because your personnel behavior and surprising requirements ruined my concentration completely. However, this was my last round in your course in YCDC. Under any circumstances I will visit your place never again. In this respect, the result doesn't matter. Rather I like completely forgot your facilities.

I asked the personnel to provide email address of the General Manager and even that was not successful. Food was lousy and your locker & shower facilities do not comply in any respects with the green fee to be paid.

Based on my experience today, I definitely cannot recommend your place to anyone wanting to have a proper and enjoyable golf round. I really do hope that I can reach people enough that they will avoid your golf course since it is a great disappointment. And to be exact: your course might be good but reception personnel and exotic regulations are ruining the experience.
