Reviews of Telemobile - Mandalay

As alot of you know I write reviews I won't lie to you when I write this review today November 19,2020. OK so the service for the company is great however, when it comes to making payments beware of getting jipped. Not only is it a Hassel every month of having to call in but they frauded my daughters bank and she had to file fraud charges with her bank because not only did she pay but then she didn't get service she had to call send in the proof they said 72 hrs yet 4 days past she called sent proof again with me sitting right beside her as a witness and they said she never paid her month before which she sent in proof, they claimed she never sent current month of payment which once again she sent proof they admitted they seen this proof yet said oh well this payment didn't go through of which she sent her bank info showing proof it did. Yet they still denied service. At one point and time claimed she would have to wait another week for their error. Then kept Making it excuses. She had to borrow one of my cell phones with service to drive her long 4 hour trip home safely due to this company frauding her. And had to make a claim with the bank about what this company had done. So if you decide to use this company I'd think about it before you chose it because you don't want your account money stolen as well. To all my review followers thanks for following me on my reviews.
