Arabica roasted coffee beans retains fragrant scent ultimately. It is roasted by modern technology, the chemical bond within the beans is broken and release molecules of flavor in volatile flavor compounds. So, Arabica roasted coffee has elegant acidity but not so intense, mingling with a slightly bitter taste and the fat of the oils coming out from the beans. A cup of brewed coffee has a beautiful light amber, a thick and greasy brown scum layer (crema).

Our raw material of Arabica roasted coffee beans is manually selected in the best areas for growing coffee like Lam Dong province. These materials are roasted by a modern coffee roasting machine from Germany.
