  • Responsible for setting up the sales target and achieving sales KPIs for assigned regions
  • Responsible for leading and monitoring sales forces to increase sales
  • Prepare the monthly report for regional sales team and report to National Sales Manager 
  • Meets with key customers frequently to maintain relationships, to introduce products, provide service and solve problems, negotiate and increase sales
  • Responsible to make dealer management effectively to growth sales revenue
  • Analyze sales reports and develop effective sales strategy and sales plans to achieve company sales goals
  • Constantly observe and check each Area Sales Executive’s performance by route plan execution as per their duties
  • Initiate sales incentive scheme such as monthly sales target and KPIs for each Sales Executive to motivate their performance
  • Review and check sales weekly, monthly report from region sales team and report them to National Sales Manager
  • Review and find out the appropriate solutions for share market feedback from area sales
  • Accurate sales performance management reporting – plan v/s actual, reasons for shortfall, SWOT, operational issues & solutions implemented
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required by the management

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (any graduate)
  • Diploma in sales and marketing preferred
  • At least 8 years of working experiences and at least 3 years as a Manager in sales and leading a team (within FMCG industry is preferred)
  • Can drive and must have a valid driving license
