Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Achieve monthly average sales target, drive national sales targets and improve sales
Expend the market share to get sales growth in terms of quantity
Allocate national targets area-wise and product-wise as the market potential and business needs
Get new credit customers and new outlets
Increase customer satisfaction to determine the level of customer service delivery
Ensure success and maximum efficiency in tender management
Develop, plan, and deliver capacity-building training to sales team members and other team members associated with sales
Proactively identify and follow up clients' needs and provide timely and effective solutions
Understand and follow the company’s Quality Policy
Prepare yearly customer satisfaction surveys and take necessary actions
Prepare and provide accurate management reporting periodically in a timely manner
Achieve national sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify new customer opportunities, increase the credit customers based on yearly targets, and activate inactive customers
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 7 years of working experience in the sales field at the management level
Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager
B.Sc or BBA or similar relevant field
An internationally recognized MBA is preferable
In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Products/Medical Devices
Regional and National Market knowledge in the respective industries
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
