Liaise with the business users and the functional management to enhance the IT Application Systems architecture and overall alignment to the business needs
Provide required support to the reporting management when attending on the IT risks and audit compliance related activities
Ensure availability of technical documentation required for maintenance of the IT Application Systems, including system architecture and process flow diagrams, data communication and integration methodologies, database structures and design related details etc.
Provide necessary technical support in BAU as well as special tasks relating to BCP / DR activities
Maintain overall security of the data privacy and network to ensure proper compliance in place
Develop and manage relationships with vendors in support of staff augmentation and systems support
Timely update of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process
Support the Head of Application / CTOO in all aspects of discipline and as when required
Work closely with the relevant parties including the Group Tech Office and or Group Tech Risk to carry out the disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity methodology (BCM) as per the agreed timeline
Monitor and review policies and procedures such as user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security assessment procedures and use of firewalls and encryption routines
Lead day-to-day operations of end-user support in line with agreed Service Levels and ensure appropriate cover for out of hours support within internal team or external vendors
Ensure end-user support have the correct controls in place to protect from all significant external and internal threads
Investigate and resolve technical challenges within IT team and support the senior management level in operation decision making
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or related field preferred
Great interpersonal skills, teamwork and excellent oral and written communication skills
Good time management skill and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and highly self-motivated
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment
