Responsibilities

• Development of brand plan and execution plan for respective brands
• Coordinate with different channel teams for proper execution of the plans for the year
• Support all-channel teams with POS, gimmicks and closely monitor them
• Provide training and development competencies of channel members for proper executions
• Measure activities done with proper analysis and feedback
• Frequent market visits to understand marketing behavior, implementations and report back
• Coordination with media agency for media plan (ATL), plan BTL, consumer and trade promotions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• M.B.B.S/ B Pharm/ Science Graduate
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
• Strong analytical skills, presentation skill, marketing skill
• High level of initiative, proactive
