Manage projects and support IT operations to be smooth for Finacle users (departments and branches)
Understand the retail and corporate business/operational requirements, and to come up with end-to-end solutions
Manage core banking system projects, application projects and also deliver the projects to the closure within committed timeline, application quality, and cost of application
Lead and groom team members to be productive, supportive, collaborative and comply with policies and regulations in the banking industry
Deal with a cross section of colleagues effectively, communicating skills and building bridges to achieve desired results while re-engineering processes, operations, and setting up new solutions across the departments, branches
Coordinate with vendors, head of departments, management committee and regulators to meet the requirements, to comply with the regulations, to deliver the solutions with minimized administrative efforts of time, cost, and efforts
Required Qualifications & Skills
BC Tech, BC Sc, MC Tech, MC Sc, BE IT, ME IT, certified professional such as solution architect or professionals is preferred
The proof of delivery on the enterprise solutions projects such as core banking systems, CRM systems is preferred
10 years of experience in Core Banking Systems and Applications at banking industry (minimum 8 years of experience in Finacle)
Must have good knowledge of Finacle front end system, as well as Finacle functional/Technical SME and Corporate modules, Finacle ecosystem
Good knowledge of configurations at Finacle system, having a solid experiences upon API integrations and ISO 8583 integrations between Finacle and other third-party solutions
Must have good functional knowledge and user experiences of branch banking and digital banking solutions in local and ASEAN countries
