Responsible for operation and Maintenance of all sites in respective regions of Myanmar
Assuring SLA for the customers for site delivery, assurance of quality & ensuring site uptime for telecom operators
Maintain customer (Telecom operator) satisfaction & comfort level in terms of their network availability at the range of 99.99
Responsible for fault reduction & management, Power & Fuel, Site management from technical perspective, Energy management, Data management, TOC, Site cleaning (Hygiene of site), etc...
Responsible for carrying out the Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PM) and equipment's for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all infra equipment as per standard process
Apply Continuous Improvement principles with specific focus on eliminating faults, reducing downtime, minimizing revenue spend, improving cycle times, designing out failure modes and maximizing the performance and longevity of assets
Responsible relationships with OEM's in order to deliver a balanced scorecard
Responsible for Review and analyses the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive actions to avoid any repeat failure
Planning & Cost control and ensure that the operation is running on schedule and within the budget
Responsible for training, development & progress of the local staff
Responsible for Local empowerment
CSR initiatives to improve community relations and for smooth operations
Smooth HOTO wherever initiated for betterment
Required Qualifications And Skills
An engineering graduate with preferable working experiences in the same field
Relevant experience in materials handling & management
