Job vacancy Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Formulate and implement marketing and leasing strategies
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
• Coordination with agents on market info, briefing and regular updates on office portfolio
• Conduct viewing with corporate tenants, negotiate & lease agreements, and attend to tenancy-related matters
• Provide inputs in tenants engagement programs & commercial marketing collaterals/ tools
• Prepare office rental reports, tenancy schedule and prospect reports
• Conduct market research and identify market trends
• Cultivate good relations and strong network with real estate consultants, tenants and our partners/ vendors /agents
• Work with Maintenance team and track tenant’s fit out works to ensure completion
• Addressing and recording all rules violations and preparing notices email, letter as needed

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum relevant experiences of 3 years
• Proven working experience as Leasing manager
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Up to date with property market status
• Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly
• Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreement
• Considerate of outgoing tenants
• MS Office familiarity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
• Customer service orientation
