Job vacancy Saving Manager

Responsibilites

• Implement to achieve the company’s Deposit Target, the deposit product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle
• Acts as the product’s leader in the company
• Conduct the product survey according to market competition, improvements to existing products' performance, and product related reports
• Develops positioning for the product together with Field Operation Team
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly Saving Performance Report compared with budget
• Defining the product vision, and working closely with operation and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Ensures that the deposit product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Myanmar
• Subject matter expertise in a particular product or market. This should include specific industry or technical knowledge
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must have knowledge about FRD rules and regulations
• Must have at least (3) years’ experience in relevant field or banking background
• Must be able to travel
