Responsibilities
Support CEO and contribute in Strategic Business Planning from HR perspective
Develop and implement Strategic HR Plan in line with Business Plan
Prepare annual HR Plan in line with annual business plan and upon approval from CEO, implement the HR Plan
Attract and recruit the best talents by improving Employer brand
Maintain a smooth onboarding process
Responsible for planning and implementing annual Training programme to improve knowledge and skills of staff members
Responsible for implementation of Performance Management System
Propose and implement talent development plan and create talent pipeline for succession planning
Review and improve the existing total reward scheme to be competitive in the labour market
Ensure the effective monthly payroll management in accordance with payment of wages law
Ensure the timely disbursement of other benefits and welfare support to employees
Ensure the occupational safety and health of all employees
Advise the CEO on all legal issues related to employment in accordance with Myanmar Labour Laws and Directives from CBM
Ensure that all HR Policies are in compliance with existing labour laws and Personal Income Tax Laws
Ensure all HR records are maintained and updated
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR Reports and submit regularly to Senior Management
Contribute HR Analytics in Management Decision Making
Prepare Annual HR Budget Plan
Monitor and ensure effective utilization of HR Budget
Required Qualifications And Skills
Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent
MBA in HRM or MSc in HRM will be an advantage
Minimum (10) Years working experience in HR Field and at least 3 years’ experience in the same role
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Experience in educating and coaching staff
Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
