Maintains sales volumes, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Find new customers and build strong relationships to maximize sales
Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets
Responsible for tracking the competitors information and activities
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Preparing reports, correspondence, MIS, maintaining the customer database, credit reports, issuing PO
Coordination with warehousing for dispatches etc...
Required Qualifications And Skills
Any graduate, Diploma in Sales & Marketing
At least 6-8 years experiences in related field (prefer in packaging industry)
Fluent in English 4 skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship
Able to resolve customers' complaints and ensure maximum customers' satisfaction
Good Supervisory skill and openness to feedback, prioritizing, time management, and organization skill
Able to monitor and follow up in time to customers
Able to work under pressure
Self-motivation, good looking and personal grooming
Living near Thanlyin, Kyauk Tan area is preferable
