Plan organizes direct and control retail banking activities and resources in order to meet retail banking objectives
Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor retail banking strategy in order to gain and sustain the bank’s competitive edge and results
Assess, analyze, define, recommend implement and follow up market intelligence, and marketing plans in order to meet retail banking strategic objectives
Identify customer needs initiate action and follow up in order to meet customer expectations
Plan and organize for deposit growth continuously in nationwide (all Branches) including strategies and necessary guidance
Support necessary thing to formulate SOP for smooth operations which align with CBM rules and regulations
Fulfill necessary things to Senior Management up on requirements
Required Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields (Master degree or MBA preferred)
At least 8-10 years of banking experiences with at least 5 years of experience in Retail banking
Good Communication in English is a must
In-depth understanding of business and functions related to the department Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of multi-nationality team
Excellent innovative, marketing, communication, organizing and leadership skills
