Job vacancy Head of Regional Office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and managing operations for branches office
• Working with function heads at the Yangon Head Office as required to ensure build-out the operations and grow business in the locations
• Driving delivery of sales targets working closely with the distribution channels and engaging with the sales teams in those locations
• Managing relationships and driving execution of new business with bank partners and agency leaders
• Identify opportunities for growth and lead planning / execution of initiatives to drive business
• Driving the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to build strong brand awareness 
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, which include partners, regulators and other local companies / associations as required
• Continuously explore opportunities to grow the business and ensure a market leading position 

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (or) Master’s Degree in relevant field
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Entrepreneurial with well-rounded commercial capability
• Good written and verbal command of English
• Exceptional leadership potential with Excellent Communication Capability and meticulous with strong interpersonal skill
• Experience in insurance or financial services sector preferable (not required)
