Job vacancy Corporate Solution Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall line of business across multiple areas in line with business requirements
• Provide leadership, coaching and training development to team members with regards to corporate solutions
• Develop and monitor channel opportunities, partnerships and plan marketing activities to maximize revenue
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to support New Business, claims and servicing activities
• Track overall profitability of the business line (especially for Health insurance business)
• Look for opportunities to enhance overall value proposition and customer experience for corporates
• Manage relationship with third party administrator for claims administration

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Have sales and business development experience of 5-7 years at professional organization
• Have experiences in customer relationship management, planning and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Myanmar and English
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Excellent team player and self-driven
