Position Summary:

Works closely with senior members of staff (typically directors, CEOs, and management), assisting them in managing their workload, organizing their days, and freeing up their time by providing administrative support to the Director. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the business by ensuring that all assigned administrative duties are completed on time and efficiently.


  • Organize and maintain the Director's schedule and assist daily management by performing a variety of administrative tasks in appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Attend meetings and take notes as assigned by Executive Director
  • Assist to Interpret administrative and functional policies, procedures, and processes
  • Plan and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, maintaining records
  • Assist in preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required
  • Screening, dealing, inquiring, and requesting incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, faxes, and correspondent handling to redirect them when appropriate
  • Assist in carrying out background research, finding and presenting or reports on a specific project as assigned
  • Liaison with government officials, clients, and suppliers as assigned by Executive Director
  • Cooperation and coordination with internal teams and other co-workers
  • Prepare to request and reimburse of business travel and other general expenses of Board members
  • Assist to ensure for travel arrangements as assigned by Director such as arranging travel, air tickets, visas, accommodation, etc...
  • Occasionally traveling with Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations


Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Any University Graduate and Business Studies subjects are preferable
  • Age between 25 to 30 years old
  • Excellent four skills in English and Myanmar Language
  • Prefer Executive Secretary Experience
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and proficiency in Computer Skills
  • Able to travel and also work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, dealing, and communication skills
  • Excellent Organizational skills and Time Management skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
