Shape the future of existing Mobile Wallet offering which is based on a toolbox approach with standardized components combined with custom elements for a tailor-fit customers solution
Demonstrate owner of the product vision and roadmap as well as being responsible to deliver customer value
Continuous evaluation and communication of the above is one important task as well as alignment of product strategy with company objectives and commercial aspects
Collaborate closely with market facing teams like marketing and sales as well as strategy and business intelligence to ensure the development of our offering in the right direction
Align the product to business requirements and work alongside the development team to deliver end-product on time
Define and execute product level testing procedures
In coordination with the value stream organization, align offering with the (to be) implemented solutions, delivery timelines and delivery costs
Be a key person to convince customers on the product benefits
Create alignment on product strategy, product objectives, product iterations and timeline
Lead a focused team of product managers to support on the above tasks
Ensure quality of deliveries by leading UAT and FUT phases
Responsible for preparing Business Requirement Document
Required Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience
Hands-on experience as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Product Leader or Head of Product and 5+ years of experience in the digital product space, of which minimum 2 years in a leadership position
A proven track record in digital product management with particular emphasis developing products in the mobile application space
Experience in banking/payment industry is a big plus
Know-how to manage complex topics, customers and multiple stakeholders to successfully bring value to our offering
Experience in design thinking, lean product and agile methodologies is an advantage
Strong management skills, ability to develop, inspire, lead (people-first / content-led)
Analytical and hands-on approach with both business and technical teams
Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategic recommendations and capacity to effectively communicate complex information and concepts to different types of audiences
Customer Segmentation, Campaign management and follow-up
Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with consultancy skills and robust understanding of the business planning cycle and processes
Willingness to experiment, learn new ways of working and new and technologies
Straight forward communication with stakeholders at all levels and across the organization
Excellent command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
