Job vacancy RMS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Online, real-time, technical support for corrective or preventive maintenance procedures
• Liaise with RMS equipment vendor support engineers to seek 2nd line support
• New RMS integrations (New sites or vendors, via site-built, mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
• Disseminate RMS troubleshooting results or follow-up procedures required to respective teams
• Training to the necessary teams whether onsite regionally or designated training office/venue
• Routine backend or desktop evaluation of the RMS system/network to identify issues and risks
• Rectify identified issues and mitigate potential risks with the support of the RMS equipment vendor support team
• Suggest site replacement spares based on troubleshooting results
• Monitor existing stock and prepare requirement forecast for company to order spares in advance
• Plan in-house or 3rd party team RMS site rectification visit. Monitor, and report on RMS rectification progress
• Visit sites regionally to provide support in situations where other teams (Even with online support) are unable to resolve RMS issues

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Able to work under pressure with little supervision
• Have a good grasp of English both written and spoken
