Monitor and improve the process in order to ensure billings and collections are performed on time and in accurate manner
Formulate, recommend and enforce processes and procedures in order to improve internal control and operational efficiency
Manage store finance operation, cost management and safety issues
Experience in managing a relatively large team with multiple locations across the country
Excellent team player coordinating with cross-teams in implementation of company policies and procedures
May have to handle some difficult customers
Monitor and work with ERP team to improve the system to ensure management reports relating to Revenue and Accounts Receivable are produced on time and in accurate manner
Experience in the improvement of ERP system on Revenue and Accounts Receivable will be an advantage
Required Qualifications And Skills
BS in Accounting or Finance, (a Master Degree or equivalent, a plus, not a must)
7+ years as a manager/senior manager role with local conglomerate/MNC in retail/telecom/ISP business across country
Mature, dynamic, flexible, high accuracy and result-oriented
Well organized, cheerful and excellent communication skill
Strong analytical ability and experienced in handling big data
Strong people and client management skill required
Advanced-level skill in Microsoft Excel or experience with ERP is a must
Must be fluent in both Burmese & English languages (need to liaise with Burmese speaking associates and basic English reading and writing skills required)
Able to travel across the company's business coverage within Myanmar
