Manager (Research & Development; Production; Assembly; Engineering)

Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products. * Develops and implements R &D procedures and techniques. * Oversee complex research projects, analyses results and provides recommendations based on findings. * Assesses the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget and business plan. * To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently * Planning and organising production schedules * Timely assessing project and resource requirements * Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management * Responsible to ensure that health and safety regulations are met * Overseeing production processes * Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
* Supervising the work of junior staff * Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement * Prepare and maintain production reports * Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, Racking, Part Transportation equipment, etc... * Estimate production costs & Engineering Department Cost * Set production budgets and factory budget * Manage production budgets * Implement cost control programs * Leading and Coordination in setup EMP, CSR and other program. * Coordination in setup operation of SAP software. * Coordinate in Company Start-up plan. * Responsible of Factory Construction and Renovation. * Responsible for Engineering & Production Assembly Departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Process documents & hand tools for servicing.
* Responsible for spare parts ordering process for servicing.
* Ensure timely of weekly and monthly service reports, KPI & SAP data.
* Responsible for speedy service based on company policies.
* Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure prompt collections.
* Handle the sale process of Heavy Machinery Equipment such as Excavator, Wheel Loader, Motor Grader, Compactor, Pumps, Generators and Kawasaki Motor bike…. etc.
* Manage to develop the safe workplace, based on company policies, health and safety management system.
* Handle all service jobs, trouble shooting, engine overhaul, re-sealing, parts replacing, electrical wiring & controller tracking…etc.
* Sharing the technical knowledge and step by step problem solving techniques that related with servicing for juniors.
* Monitor competitors, movement to update supervisor of the market situation and propose new methods to support sales teams.
* Frequent visits to clients and mining zones to cover market effectively and achieve yearly sales target.
* Support and participate in sales presentation, contractual proposals negotiations and closure of sales.
* Manage delivery by liaising with logistic staff to ensure the specifications of the sales contract are met.
* Preparing monthly expenses, service & sales report, AR report, stock update list and market information report, update to Head Office.
* Handling HR matters and all the admin jobs for Lashio Branch office.
