UNIQUE was incorporated in 2004–June as ICT Division of UNIQUE Technology Co., Ltd and focused on importing and distribution of computer systems and accessories. The first retail outlet covers an area of 300 m2 and located at the heart of IT market. On 1st May 2011, UNIQUE added mobile handsets and accessories to its business scope by opening a new outlet at Pansodan road where has total area of 600 m2 and it became the head office. Now UNIQUE has total three outlets by opening a new retail shop at Tamwe township where has total area of 180 m2 on 1st May 2013, making total area of 1080 m2 of retail businesses.

UNIQUE has been maintaining a close cooperation with a wide range of official authorized distributors including Acer, Apotop, ASUS, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Fujitsu,

As a result of such cooperation, UNIQUE has established itself as a national leader in the delivery of quality mobile handsets, mobile computing devices, computer systems and accessories as well as the best after sales service provider in ICT industry.

UNIQUE has been awarded many best-seller prizes awarded by official authorized distributors since 2008 to till now. Not only winning the best seller awards but also listed as one of the best service providers by ICT Surveys jointly held by Myanmar Computer Industrial Association (MCIA) and Novel Light Media.
